Relay Engineering Welcomes MOSS Mechanical On-Site Services to Its Growing Engineering Portfolio

Denholm Energy Services Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of MOSS Mechanical On-Site Services Limited (MOSS) through its Relay Engineering Limited subsidiary (Relay) from ICR Integrity Limited (ICR).

This strategic transaction aligns with Denholm Energy’s growth strategy in the defence and energy sectors and allows ICR’s continued focus on its core service offerings and internationalisation while ensuring that MOSS, a well-established provider of on-site services, continues to thrive under new ownership.

The seamless transition for MOSS, ensures continuity for its workforce and clients while reinforcing Relays position as a leading provider of engineering solutions across multiple industries. Being part of a larger Group will facilitate MOSS’s future growth plans.

Over the years, ICR and MOSS have successfully delivered a bundled service offering to customers, integrating ICR’s specialist integrity solutions with MOSS’s on-site mechanical services. This successful collaboration will continue under a bespoke agreement, ensuring that clients continue to benefit from the same seamless, high-quality service delivery that they have enjoyed in the past.

Relay Engineering, with its extensive expertise in engineering solutions across multiple industries including defence and energy, is well positioned to support MOSS’s future growth plans.
